In case of no-show, Solayme may charge amounts as provided in the selected accommodation option conditions.

The guest agrees to respect the rules for using the facilities, as well as safety, hygiene, and coexistence standards.
Solayme reserves the right to refuse or terminate the stay in case of serious rule violations or inappropriate behavior.

Solayme is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from misuse of the website or service interruptions due to technical reasons, force majeure, or acts attributable to third parties.
